FIRE |
Not combustible but forms
flammable gas on contact with water or damp air. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or
gases) in a fire.

NO open flames, NO sparks,
and NO smoking. NO contact with strong oxidants.
|
In case of fire in the
surroundings: do not use carbon dioxide or acidic dry chemical extinguishers.

EXPLOSION |
Risk of fire and explosion
on contact with strong oxidants.
|
|
In case of fire: keep
drums, etc., cool by spraying with water but NO direct contact with water. Combat fire
from a sheltered position.

EXPOSURE |

AVOID ALL CONTACT!

IN ALL CASES CONSULT A

INHALATION |
Confusion. Convulsions.
Dizziness. Headache. Laboured breathing. Nausea. Shortness of breath.
Unconsciousness. Vomiting. Weakness. asphyxiant. Anxiety. Irregular heart beat.
Tightness in the chest.

Closed system and
ventilation.
|
Fresh air, rest. Artificial
respiration if indicated. Refer for medical attention. See Notes.

SKIN |
MAY BE ABSORBED! Redness
(further see Inhalation).
|
Protective gloves.
Protective clothing.
|
Remove contaminated
clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap. Refer for medical attention. Wear
protective gloves when administering first aid.
|
EYES |
VAPOUR WILL BE ABSORBED!
Redness (further see Inhalation).
|
Safety goggles, face
shield, or eye protection in combination with breathing protection if powder.
|
First rinse with plenty of
water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a
doctor.
|
INGESTION |
Salivation. Abdominal
cramps. Burning sensation (further see Inhalation).
|
Do not eat, drink, or smoke
during work. Wash hands before eating.
|
Rinse mouth. Refer for
medical attention. See Notes.
