Combustible. Gives off
irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire.

on contact with oxidants.

In case of fire: keep
drums, etc., cool by spraying with water.

EXPOSURE |

INHALATION |
Blue lips or finger nails.
Blue skin. Cough. Dizziness. Headache. Nausea. Shortness of breath. Sore throat.
Unconsciousness. Vomiting. Weakness.
|
Avoid inhalation of fine
dust and mist. Ventilation (not if powder), local exhaust, or breathing protection.
|
Fresh air, rest. Artificial
respiration if indicated. Refer for medical attention. See Notes.
|
SKIN |
MAY BE ABSORBED! Redness
(Further see Inhalation).
|
Protective clothing.
|
Remove contaminated
clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap. Refer for medical attention. Wear
protective gloves when administering first aid.
|
EYES |
Redness. Pain.
|
Face shield.
|
First rinse with plenty of
water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a
doctor.
|
INGESTION |
Abdominal pain (further see
Inhalation).
|
Do not eat, drink, or smoke
during work. Wash hands before eating.
|
Rinse mouth. Induce
vomiting (ONLY IN CONSCIOUS PERSONS!). Rest. Wear protective gloves when inducing
vomiting. Refer for medical attention. See Notes.
