Answer: There should not be any dry sweeping here since it raises toxic lead dust in the air which you can then inhale. Never dry sweep or shovel when there are toxic materials in the dust or when there is a lot of dust. Using industrial vacuums or a wet clean-up method is a good way of keeping down the dust.
