CONTROLLING HAZARDS

Here are some other suggestions for preventing accidents from unguarded machines:

(a) Supervisors and employers have the responsibility to make sure they are complying with local, national, or international machine-guarding regulations.

(b) Supervisors should be trained in machine guarding.

(c) Supervisors should be disciplined if their employees remove machine guards.
