1. In addition, in Malaysia, a joint investment company (Premier Choice) was established in March 1996 for the purpose of acquiring the technology of companies of industrialized countries such as Japan. This company agreed on capital participation in a Japanese manufacturer located in Kawasaki city in May 1996.
   
2. The above investments do not match those notified to the Japanese Ministry of Finance (not announced).
