ARTICLE 3

Officers of the Conference

1. The Conference shall elect as Officers a President and three Vice- Presidents, who shall all be of different nationalities and any of whom may be women.

2. The Government, Employers' and Workers' groups shall each nominate one of their number for election by the Conference as Vice-President.
